Privada Storytelling
Brian’s Box is where intuition becomes curation. It’s where the lines between collector, blender, and storyteller blur. Every month, Brian Desind—Privada’s founder and unapologetic cigar evangelist—assembles a box that reflects his personal journey through the world of rare tobacco. These are not “staff picks.” These are obsessions, confessions, and provocations in cigar form.
Each box is built around a concept—sometimes a mood, sometimes a farm, sometimes a rebellion. From forgotten factory blends to undiscovered masterpieces, from LCA sleeper hits to Desind’s personal stash aged in vaults for years, Brian’s Box is where the mythos of Privada lives loudest.
Flavor Journey
There is no one journey across Brian’s Boxes—and that’s the magic. One box may hit you with Nicaraguan power, another with Dominican silk. One may deliver three versions of the same blend wrapped in Connecticut, Habano, and Maduro to teach you about wrapper impact. Another might explore Cuban profiles through the lens of lost family farms. Every puff in Brian’s Box is designed to challenge, teach, and surprise—even the seasoned aficionado.
Why It Belongs in Privada
Because Brian’s Box is Privada distilled. It’s fearless. It’s intellectual. It’s experimental. It’s everything the traditional cigar world told us not to do—released anyway. These boxes aren’t built to please everyone. They’re built to wake up palates, to elevate cigar knowledge, and to deliver an experience no other club would dare offer. If the Monthly Box is our rhythm, Brian’s Box is our improvisation.
