A whisper of Kentucky heritage, this Limited-edition Kentucky Straight Rye from Pinhook pours at a poised 100 proof—steady, spirited, and sincere. Crafted from a high-rye mash and patiently aged over three years at Castle & Key Distillery, it blooms with warm pear, vanilla, and honeyed spice. Then cherry, black tea, and toffee emerge, dancing with a flash of white pepper. Bottled unfiltered and proofed by Sean Josephs, it carries depth without showmanship. Pour it neat or stir it into your favorite rye cocktail. It’s bright, bold, and heartfelt, just like home.
