Mazzer Philos – The Light-Commercial Single-Dose Benchmark
64 mm vertical flat burrs and true zero-retention engineering in a beautifully compact package.
Choose your flavor DNA:
- i200D burrs → High-clarity, vibrant, fruity, low-fines – perfect for light/medium roasts and modern espresso

Standout features:
- Vertical burrs + auger feed = genuine <0.1 g retention
- Hybrid step + stepless 6-micron adjustment – dial in espresso or pour-over with surgical precision
- 400 W cool-running asynchronous motor (1400/1600 RPM) – quiet and built to last
- Magnetic 58 mm dosing cup with integrated dose finisher
- Tool-free chamber access (settings never move during cleaning)

Why This Pairing Is Pure Magic
The Philos drops a perfectly uniform, fresh, zero-retention dose straight into your 58 mm portafilter. The Profitec Drive’s flow-control paddle and programmable pre-infusion let you sculpt pressure and extraction exactly the way each roast wants – from long, gentle light-roast blooms to aggressive 9-bar traditional ristrettos – all while the independent steam boiler waits patiently with unlimited power for flawless milk texturing.
This is the setup that lets you explore the full spectrum of modern and classic espresso without ever being limited by your equipment.
Profitec Drive + Mazzer Philos Flow control. Temperature perfection. Bean freshness preserved. This isn’t just another machine and grinder – this is your new playground for espresso mastery.
