93 points, Cigar Aficionado
#11 Best Cigar of 2018, Cigar Aficionado
The Quai d’Orsay No. 54 represents an absolute triumph of modern Cuban blending, sophistication, masterfully tailored for the discerning connoisseur who demands architectural substance without overwhelming palate fatigue. Measuring a substantial 5⅜" x 54 RG, this beautifully constructed Edmundo Grueso utilises its wide volume to cool the smoke completely, letting the subtle nuances of its historic, light-bodied blend express themselves with maximum clarity. Entirely free from any harsh or aggressive edges, the design brilliantly highlights the natural creaminess of its pristine Vuelta Abajo wrapper, effortlessly balancing sweet pastry tones with refined, savoury elements. It stands as an absolute masterclass in lifestyle luxury—immaculate for a relaxed mid-afternoon terrace session, an elegant warm-weather decompression, or as a sophisticated companion to a post-lunch white coffee.
