Rather than sourcing fruit from a single plot, the wine is crafted in partnership with a historic, multi-generational winery located just outside of Saint-Tropez. This collaboration leverages high-quality, sustainably farmed estate vineyards to deliver the pale color, electric freshness, and mineral snap that defines world-class Provence rosé.
Wine Description
The Rose Gold Provence Rosé is an exceptionally crisp, airy, and sophisticated wine that delivers classic French Riviera elegance with remarkable consistency.
Appearance: An incredibly pale, luminous coppery-pink or "onion-skin" hue with brilliant platinum glints.
Nose: Highly lifted, fresh, and expressive. The bouquet opens with delicate, bright aromas of white flowers and fresh-picked strawberries, layered beautifully with pink grapefruit zest, white peach, and a subtle undercurrent of crushed limestone.
Palate: Bone-dry, light-footed, and remarkably refreshing. The palate entry treats you to a juicy wave of red currants and citrus peel, which transitions seamlessly into a clean, vertical mid-palate. It boasts a beautifully crisp, mouthwatering acidity and concludes on a dry, snappy finish marked by an enticing saline and wet-stone minerality.
Technical Details: A traditional Provençal blend dominated by Grenache and Cinsault. The grapes are harvested by hand early in the morning to lock in high natural acidity and prevent oxidation. The fruit undergoes a gentle, immediate direct-pressing with very minimal skin contact to ensure its signature pale color. Fermentation is carried out completely cold in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, and the wine is bottled early under a screw cap to preserve its vibrant, youthful energy. It sits at a refreshing 12.5% ABV.
