Dual Chamber Filter - Revolutionary Brewing Control for 60º Drippers
The Dual Chamber filter is a groundbreaking innovation designed to redefine coffee extraction. Created by SIBARIST, this is the world's first dual-chamber filter, engineered to separate coffee soluble compounds and give you unprecedented control over your brew.
The filter is compatible with conical commercial 60º with an open bottom. The CONE M version is suitable for medium V60 filter holders (02 size).
Innovative Dual Chamber Technology
The patent-pending filter introduces two separate brewing chambers, allowing you to customize extraction parameters independently in the same brew. Each chamber can have different coffee doses, ratios, grind sizes, contact times, and temperatures, enabling new possibilities in flavour profiling.
With this innovative brewing approach, you can shape the final cup profile by deciding which flavour compounds to enhance, creating a sensory experience tailored to your preference.
