Smirnoff Whipped Cream Vodka is a cozy, dessert-flavor-forward spirit—velvety, sweet, and light on alcohol warmth. Ideal for parties, after-dinner cocktails, or as a nostalgic sip for fans of whipped cream confections. While not traditional vodka, it excels as a fun, approachable flavored spirit.
🍬 Origins & Style
-
A flavored vodka from Smirnoff (Diageo), infused with whipped cream–like sweetness and made using neutral grain base vodka distilled three times and charcoal‑filtered for smoothness. Bottle strength is 60 proof (30% ABV).
-
Certified gluten-free and Kosher, it was introduced to add a dessert-style profile to Smirnoff’s flavored line-up.
👃 Aroma (Nose)
-
Opens with rich vanilla cream, whipped sugar sweetness, and pastry-like aroma—reminiscent of whipped topping. Moderately sweet and fragrant without sharpness.
👅 Palate & Texture
-
The palate is sweet, silky, and creamy, dominated by whipped cream and vanilla syrup flavors. Light notes of subtle caramel and baked custard provide additional sweetness. Alcohol heat remains soft thanks to the low proof.
-
Texture is smooth and velvety, easy on the palate and accessible even when sipped neat or chilled.
🔁 Finish
-
Clean and sweet, with lingering vanilla‑cream notes and subtle baked sugar sweetness. The finish is light, with little warmth or burn.
🍸 Serving & Mixology
-
Versatile for shots on the rocks, or paired with root beer, ginger ale, or coffee for a dessert‑inspired cocktail. One reviewer likened a root beer mix to a root beer float.
-
Also works beautifully in cocktails like a Whipped Cream Martini, Espresso Whipped, or creamy after‑dinner drinks.
