Spirit Works Sloe Gin is a traditional sloe gin from Spirit Works Distillery in Sebastopol, California — built around founder Timo Marshall’s English family recipe, refined for generations using wild sloe berries hand-picked each autumn along the coastal hills of England. The wild fruit maceration in gin produces the deep red color and rich, bittersweet wild-fruit character that defines the traditional sloe gin category.
Spirit Works is one of the most respected grain-to-glass craft distilleries in California. Their Sloe Gin uses the traditional macerated-wild-fruit method rather than the artificially flavored shortcut some commercial producers use, sitting in the same tradition as the great English sloe gins.
