Tarquins Cornish Pastis Liqueur
This is the first Pastis to be made in the UK, a modern take on the classic French aniseed spirit. Distilled in small batches in copper pot stills on the rugged Cornwall coast by Tarquins Distillery. Distilled with 13 hand-selected botanicals from distant and exotic locations from around the world.
- On the nose Tarquins Cornish Pastis Liqueur is big and bold. Enjoy candied black liquorice, zesty orange peel, and notes of freshly picked garden herbs.
- Flavours of sweet fennel seed and earthy liquorice, black pepper, fresh fennel, and fragrant orange blossom.
- The finish is full-bodied with a lovely creamy texture, and an extremely long and dry finish with a lingering herbal complexity, citrus freshness, and gentle sweet spice.
Pairs beautifully with grilled fish, charcuterie, or herbed cheeses. Also excellent alongside Mediterranean-inspired tapas, olives, or roasted nuts.
