The Bitter Truth Peach Bitters (200 mL) are contemporary German cocktail bitters inspired by a classic nineteenth-century style. Made with natural ingredients, they bring concentrated peach character and measured bitterness to cocktails without turning the drink into a sweet fruit cordial.
The producer describes fresh and candied peach backed by almond, citrus, and subtle spice. A herbaceous, nutty note follows on the finish, while the overall profile stays fruity and gently bitter. This combination is especially well suited to aged spirits such as cognac and bourbon whiskey.
Use a few controlled dashes to add peach depth to a Mint Julep, an Old Fashioned variation, or a long drink built around aged spirits. The compact bottle has a practical dasher-style closure for measured use. This listing is for one 200 mL bottle at 39% ABV / 78 proof, produced in Germany as a concentrated cocktail flavoring.
