92 points, Cigar Aficionado
The Trinidad Coloniales is often cited by connoisseurs as the "hidden gem" of the Trinidad range. Its 44 ring gauge provides a perfect middle ground, offering more volume than the Reyes while maintaining a focused intensity that can be lost in larger formats. Constructed with a beautiful, oily wrapper and the brand's iconic hand-rolled pigtail, it delivers a Medium-bodied experience defined by a luxurious, buttery texture. It is a highly versatile cigar, as suitable for an elevated mid-afternoon break as it is for a pre-dinner aperitif. For those who enjoy the legendary "coffee-and-cream" DNA of Trinidad in a timeless, slender format, the Coloniales is an essential humidor staple.
