Unpasteurised Kimchi - The North Shop 480g
This unpasteurised handmade kimchi is fermented for a full 7 days using traditional Korean methods, resulting in a perfectly balanced probiotic-rich food that delivers authentic spicy flavour without overwhelming funkiness. Made in small batches in Clapton, East London, it combines Chinese cabbage, daikon, carrot and authentic Korean ingredients like gochugaru and aekjeot for a genuinely artisanal product.
The North's approach mirrors our own commitment to quality, no artificial preservatives, no shortcuts, just honest fermentation that preserves both nutritional benefits and complex flavours. Enjoy it straight from the jar, paired with Asian dishes, added to casseroles, or as a surprising addition to your cheeseboard.
This kimchi is for health-conscious food lovers who refuse to compromise on flavour and those seeking genuine, small-batch fermented foods made with integrity.
