Wrapper: Mexican San Andres
Binder: Mexican San Andres
Filler: Dominican
Profile: Full
Vicente Blends approaches cigars from the ultra premium end of the spectrum, pairing top tier tobacco with old world rolling techniques and a presentation to match. The Sleek collection takes that same philosophy and makes it more approachable than Vicente's Royalty line, offering three distinct blends without compromising the quality of tobacco or craftsmanship behind them.
Of the three, Sleek Black goes straight for richness. Mexican San Andrés isn't limited to the wrapper here. Vicente doubles down with a Mexican San Andrés wrapper and binder, then fills the cigar with Dominican tobacco. It's a combination that gives Black its full profile while letting the dark character of San Andrés take center stage.
Bittersweet chocolate, citrus, and almonds move through the blend, but the finish is what gives Sleek Black an unusual edge. There's a red wine character at the end that plays against the darker tobacco and gives the cigar a more polished finish than its name and appearance might suggest.
Built with the same quality of leaf used throughout Vicente's premium portfolio, Sleek Black fits just as easily into a celebration as it does at the end of a long day. It's the darker side of the Sleek collection, rich, distinctive, and unapologetically full.
