Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc 2024 hails from Marlborough, New Zealand, one of the world’s most renowned wine-producing regions. Whitehaven was founded by the O’Mara family, who have been crafting exceptional wines since 1994. Their dedication to producing high-quality, sustainable wines is evident in the pristine care they take in their vineyards and winemaking techniques.
Wine Description
This Sauvignon Blanc presents a brilliant pale straw color with subtle green hues. On the nose, it offers a vibrant bouquet of fresh citrus, ripe gooseberries, and hints of passionfruit. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with lively acidity that balances the vibrant fruit flavors of lime, green apple, and a touch of herbaceousness. It has a medium body with a clean, zesty finish that lingers with a refreshing, mineral character. The wine is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and is best enjoyed within 2-3 years of release to capture its freshness and youthful exuberance.
