Wilde Irish Gin hails from the rugged beauty of West Cork, Ireland, where it's crafted with a poetic soul and an irreverent spirit. Distilled under the direction of Ireland’s first female master distiller, this gin captures the wild elegance of its homeland through an extraordinary blend of botanicals. Using a 100% wheat-based neutral spirit, it undergoes a slow 16 to 18-hour cold steep before being copper pot distilled and left non-chill filtered, preserving its natural essential oils and character.
The bouquet is an expressive dance of wild mountain purple heather and bright citrus, with the opening nose offering bold floral tones that yield to zesty layers of bitter orange peel and sweet citrus. On the palate, it strikes with a clean tartness, giving way to a soft, floral midsection where chamomile and heather intertwine beautifully. The finish lingers with delicate complexity, disguising its 47% alcohol content beneath seamless balance and smooth delivery.
Served over ice, Wilde Irish Gin reveals a cloudy, bluish hue that hints at its artisanal integrity. It’s an ideal base for a refined G&T with a slice of grapefruit or in a dry martini where its floral notes can truly shine. Whether sipped neat or mixed, Wilde Irish Gin offers a drinking experience as lyrical as the poetry that inspired it.
