Yu Gin is a distinctive Japanese-inspired craft gin that celebrates the elegance and precision of Japanese distilling traditions. This 750ml bottle showcases a refined botanical blend featuring yuzu citrus and other carefully selected Japanese botanicals, creating a gin that's both exotic and approachable with a unique Asian character.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Yu Gin balances traditional juniper with the bright, aromatic qualities of yuzu—a prized Japanese citrus that adds layers of complexity and freshness. The result is a sophisticated gin that bridges East and West, offering a flavor profile that's perfect for both classic cocktails and modern creations inspired by Japanese mixology.
Tasting Notes:
Aromatic and elegant with juniper, bright yuzu citrus, and subtle floral notes on the nose. The palate is smooth and refined, featuring juniper backbone complemented by vibrant yuzu, hints of green tea, delicate botanicals, and a touch of spice. The finish is clean and refreshing, with lingering citrus and gentle herbal notes.
Perfect for:
Elevated gin cocktails like the Yuzu Gin & Tonic, Japanese-inspired martinis, or creative highballs where the unique citrus character can shine. A sophisticated choice for gin enthusiasts seeking something beyond the ordinary.
