Embrace the bold sophistication of the Boulevardier Cocktail Kit, a whiskey lover's twist on the classic Negroni. Created in the 1920s at Harry's New York Bar in Paris by American expat Erskine Gwynne, the Boulevardier swaps gin for bourbon, creating a richer, more robust cocktail that's perfect for those who appreciate spirit-forward drinks with depth and complexity.
What's Inside:
- Elijah Craig Bourbon (750ml) - award-winning small batch Kentucky bourbon with rich caramel, vanilla, and oak notes
- Campari (750ml) - iconic Italian bitter aperitif with vibrant red color and complex herbal notes
- Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth (750ml) - premium Italian vermouth with rich vanilla, spice, and dried fruit complexity
The Classic Recipe:
- 1.5 oz Elijah Craig Bourbon
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Carpano Antica Formula
Stir all ingredients with ice until well-chilled, strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube, and garnish with an orange peel. The Boulevardier delivers a perfect balance of bourbon warmth, bitter complexity, and sweet aromatics. It's a sophisticated sipper that's ideal for aperitivo hour or as an after-dinner drink. This kit provides everything you need to craft multiple rounds of this timeless cocktail that bridges American whiskey tradition with Italian aperitivo culture.
