Zoya Premium Watermelon Gin is a contemporary flavoured Indian gin produced by Allied Blenders and Distillers (ABD). It infuses Zoya's signature 100% grain spirit base—distilled in small batches with 12 carefully selected botanicals (including juniper, mango ginger, angelica seed, and citrus peel)—with the juicy, sweet, and refreshing flavour profile of ripe seasonal watermelon.
Food Pairing: Fresh watermelon and feta salad, grilled prawns, light seafood bites, spicy Indian chaat, and lemon sorbet.
Tasting Notes: Clear with a light, smooth, and vibrant mouthfeel.
Nose: Freshly cut juicy watermelon up front, accompanied by piney juniper, zesty citrus, and soft floral undertones.
Palate: Refreshingly sweet and crisp with a core of ripe watermelon, balanced by earthy juniper, subtle citrus zest, and mild herbal spice.
Finish: Smooth, clean, and refreshing with lingering fruity sweetness and gentle piney spice.
Serve: Serve over ice topped with tonic water or soda, garnished with a slice or wedge of fresh watermelon and a mint sprig, or mixed in summer cocktails like a Watermelon Gin Spritz or Watermelon Martini.
